In running, as in any sport is an excellent training partner cheering and mobilization. In selecting a training partner should take into account age, body weight (in particular proportions muscle / fat ie. Part of the body), the degree of training. These parameters should be similar to ours. Age – the person is older – this is a worse efficiency, lower levels of growth hormone and testosterone which has a direct impact on the regeneration of post-training and cardio. Age also decreases the level of performance as measured by VO2max player (in other words, aerobic threshold).
